General Terms and Conditions
ProbidScripts.com is a website that develops, creates, designs and sells PHP Pro Bid Auction Script Skins and Modifications. Before registering and signing up for an account with our site, we strongly advise and urge you to understand all of these terms. Any disputes that arise from any transactions done with this website and our company will be resolved based strictly on these terms.

Rights to Suspend or Terminate
At our own discretion, we may terminate your account without notice and deny service immediately if:

1. We believe that you have reproduced, redistributed, published, shared and/or sold in whole or in part the modifications you have bought from us.
2. We believe that you have shared the modifications you have bought from us in any forum.
3. You obtained our modifications through illegal means.
4. You provided our modifications to other PHP Pro Bid license owners through private messages.
5. You do not own a PHP Pro Bid licence and have provided fraudulent registration information.

Your conduct
You need to have a PHP Pro Bid license in order to purchase modifications from our website. You agree to use the modifications you purchase from us on one (1) PHP Pro Bid license only which you own at the time of your mod purchase. You do not own the modifications you purchase from us. You own a license for its use on the website for which you operate. Additional licensing can be purchased for multiple websites at an additional cost. You cannot transfer the modification license to another PHP Pro Bid website you own or to another PHP Pro Bid license owner.

Membership
Membership to our website is only available to those you can form a legally binding contract. Our website does not permit minors (under 18) to register. If any member fails to signup with their correct age the account will be terminated immediately. Membership to our website is a privlege, not a right.

Modification Delivery Policy
Modifications are delivered via Digital Download from within your members area console. Once successful payment has been made, and the appropriate notification has been received from the payment processor, your download will become immediately available. Your download link to the purchased product will be available for a period of 7 days, at which time the download link shall expire.

Refund Policy
we do not offer any refunds for modifications sold on our site, custom modifications, template design, or script installation. We guarantee the functionality of all our modifications and they will work as designed/developed when installed on a stock PHP Pro Bid software installation. Installation documents that come with all modifications are instructions for integration of such modifications in stock PHP Pro Bid software. If you have other modifications installed, we do not guarantee that the installation documents will match your modified PHP Pro Bid software installation.

Modification Upgrade Policy
Modifications will be updated on a case by case basis to new PHP Pro Bid versions when needed, as needed, in as timely a fashion as possible. In most cases, modification updates are provided free of charge. If you have bought a modification and we have upgraded the same modification to integrate with newer PHP Pro Bid versions, you can email us with your previous order number and payment date so that we can verify your purchase and send you the newer modification version.
