By default, using a stock version of phpprobid, when a user lists an item within their store (store only) they are not charged any of your site fees. This modification will do away with that, and introduces a new level of functionality for your site, and your stores.
When you are in admin, setting up your store levels, you can now elect to enter a Fee Reduction. This is percentage based. Now, when a user makes a listing, anywhere on your site, and they have a store level which you defined as a fee reduced level, their fees will instantly be discounted by that amount.
This can also be used in conjunction with the Preferred Seller feature of probid, allowing the user to "double dip"!
