By PHPProbid default, when sending a newsletter via the admin area, you only have the option to send to users who are already a registered member of your auction site.
What happens if you want to send the newsletter to other individuals who are not a member of your site? You can't unless you have this modification.
This mod adds new functionality to your existing newsletter feature in the admin area that will allow you to cut/paste your bulk email addresses into the form, now allowing you now to send your newsletter to anyone that you so deem appropriate.
This works with the newsletter cron job as well, so you can elect to send them all at one time, or staggered via use of the existing cron job.
