If you have operated an auction site for any length of time, and have your Bid Retraction feature enabled (which allows a bidder to retract their bid) you will have encountered the Seller asking you, What happened to the bid on my item, question.
By default, Probid does not notify the Seller if a bid on their item has been retracted.
This leads to confusion on the sellers part, because they received an email that they have a bid, and when they go to check it out, the bid is no longer present because it was removed and they were not informed about it.
