Over the years, many have asked for the ability to create listings which were based on real estate, and have all pertinent information related to them per listing, in a similar fashion to feebay real estate.

With this mod, you now have that ability.

During the listing process, if the user selects a category that the admin has defined as allowing real estate listings, he is presented with the ability to select all options.

Not only do we form their data on the initial form, but we also create a new form which we automagically append to their description, which is great for searching purposes, hence allowing all fields to be searchable.

With the invent of the phpprobid v6 series - You can now opt to have seperate fees on a -per category basis- hence you can create your own fee structure for your specific 'real estate' categories. (IE: $20 to list an ad, no other fees required). The possibilities are actually quite endless!
