By default, your site has a Site Fees page link. If your site has no fees, really, there is no need to have this link, and since there are no fees, the values would be null and your users would think that it was unprofessional and or confusing.
You, as the admin, can enable / disable the Site Fees page from showing on your site. Further, if someone were to access your old indexed Site Fees page, they will be greeted with a message letting them know that the page they are visiting does not exist, and or the link is out dated.
