| Description |
By default, when a user registers upon your site, he/she has the option to subscribe to your sites newsletter. It would be best to not allow the user to choose this option, and force the subscription upon them so they can keep up with the latest news / events / occurrences in and around your site. Should the user not want to continue to receive it, they can always elect to alter the setting from within the members area under mail preferences.
This mod will allow you, as the site admin, to enable/disable a users ability to choose if he/she wants to receive your newsletter on the registration page.
