This web-site is intended to be a friendly, enjoyable and useful experience, but as with anything concerning any kind of transactions there are risks involved and we strongly advise you to understand all of these terms before joining. Rights To Suspend or Terminate.
You agree that this web-site, in its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site
(b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have listed a suspicious item (d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder. In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further. If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.

Your Conduct.
You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web-site. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and that you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.
You must not transmit through the service any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material. You must also not transmit any material that encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any applicable law or regulation.

Membership.
Membership to this web-site is only available to those you can form a legally binding contract. This web-site does not permit minors (under
16) to register. If any member fails to signup with their correct age the account will be terminated immediately.

Mod Delivery Policy:

Mods are delivered via E-Mail to the PayPal address that you used for payment. Please make sure your PayPal email address is current and up to date. E-Mails will be delivered from: ray@probidscripts.com If needed, please make sure to add this address to your E-Mail white list.

Refund Policy:

As is the case with any software, once its opened, its yours. I do not offer refunds.

Free Mod Policy:

Free mods are used at your own risk. I offer no warranty, support, and or guarantee, express and or implied, about the functionality, compatibility, and or the general overall plausability of any free mod that I post, and or have posted, either in the past and or in the future. In most cases, if not all, anything offered for free, will not be updated from version to version.

Paid Mod Policy:

I guarantee the functionality of any paid mod offered, to function as specified, for the appropriate version specified. Installation documentation is provided for each mod, and is written, assuming you have a stock installation of probid. Installation service does not come with the purchase price of a Mod. If you would like me to install the Mod for you, I am willing to do so, at an additional cost. When purchasing a mod, you are purchasing a single mod license good for use on 1 phpprobid web site, which is the site owned by you at the time of mod purchase. You do not own the mod. You own a license for its use upon the site for which it was purchased. Additional licensing can be purchased for multiple sites, at an additional cost. Mod licensing is non transferable.

Paid Mod Upgrade Policy:

Paid Mods will be updated on a case by case basis to new versions when needed, as needed, in as timely a fashion as possible. In most cases, Paid Mod updates are provided free of charge. If a Mod needs a complete rewrite to accomodate drastic core code change, a small fee may apply, and will be disclosed upon the upgrades release. To request an update to a mod, please make your request at my support forums and I will reply back to your request as quickly as possible.

Licensing Requirements:

I do not do business with unlicensed phpprobid sites. I do require the URL of the site that you are to be installing purchased mods upon. If you do not have a license, we will not do business. I verify licensing status directly with phpprobid if we have not done business before. I do report unlicensed sites to phpprobid for copyright violations.

Laws.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of the State of Florida.
