One of the most common problems for an auction site (and its sellers and buyers) is that one or the other fails to completely finish the transaction by leaving one another feedback. Be it good, bad, or indifferent, feedback should always be left to firmly document the transaction and the actions of one another.
Once this modification is installed, if a Buyer or a Seller fails to leave feedback, after the predefined amount of time as passed (As set by the admin) a email notification will be sent to he who has not left feedback. That email will let them know that feedback is due, please come leave feedback, and it gives them until 'x' date to leave that feedback (As predefined by admin) and if they fail to do so, an automatic feedback will be posted for them!
You as the admin can define the number of days to wait after the buy/sell before sending the notification. You can also define the number of days to wait before posting the feedback after the notification has been sent. Further, you can define the text to leave in the feedback for both the buyer and the seller.
