| Description |
This modification will bring a new level of functionality to your auction site, whereas a user has the ability to upload their Avatar to their user profile. Their avatar profile will be displayed on their auction listings and their feedback page. Likewise, if you have the scrolling feedback mod, the avatar will also be displayed on it.
What is an avatar? An avatar is a graphical image of a user, such as used in graphical real-time Chat applications, or, a graphical personification of a computer or a computer process, intended to make the computing or network environment a more friendly place.
The user is able to upload his own personal photo via the Personal Details link in the members area. He can change it at any time. 1 avatar per user is allowed. The admin has the ability to define the height and width of the avatars that can be uploaded. A nice feature of this mod, is that it will automatically resize the avatar uploaded, to the specifications of the admin. |
